Born and raised in BC's lower mainland, Mitchell has always enjoyed being the grill master at family and friend gatherings. With farm roots passed down from his grandparents, Mitchell wanted to bring back the "local butcher" idea where the butcher comes directly to the farmers. This allows him to do what he enjoys doing, which includes helping and being of service to people in the process.
